Armenian State Chamber Choir

Berkeley Nu Jazz Collective and a faculty-led ensemble with Myra Melford and Ben Goldberg

Faculty members Myra Melford (piano) and Ben Goldberg (clarinet), in collaboration with bassist Michael Formanek (ECM recording artist) and drummer Hamir Atwal (Tune Yards), present original compositions for improvising quartet. An opening set by students in MU165: The Berkeley Nu Jazz Collective, features works by Goldberg, Formanek, Melford and others.
