Yana is a specialist in open source information collection and analysis, including multilingual searching and processing of information, analytical tools and methodologies, and all-source information analysis, with an extensive knowledge of international safeguards and the nuclear fuel cycle. Her education and professional background is in nuclear nonproliferation and arms control, and monitoring of nuclear fuel cycle developments.
