Panel Discussion | November 19 | 6-8 p.m. | B100 Blum Hall
Education Initiative for Development
How is technology shaping education in developing countries? Join an open discussion with panelists from M-Soma, a Kenyan coding institute, IDinsight, a data-driven impact assessment firm, CAMFED, a SF-based African education NGO, and the Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab, a global research center. Hear these experts share lessons learned and best practices about their work in Africa, Central America, and throughout the world. After the panel, you will have the opportunity to network with Berkeley student clubs working in education and development and learn about internship opportunities with panelist organizations. Join us on November 19th from 6-8pm in Blum Hall B100. Food will be provided!
This event is hosted by the Education Initiative for Development IdeaLab, sponsored by The Blum Center, in partnership with UNICEF and Learning Enterprises.
