Whether you’re looking to spend more screen-free time outdoors (and participating in the Balancing Technology Challenge) or just looking for fun new recipes, this class will introduce you to healthy recipes that can be made outdoors or at home. Maybe you will even be inspired to go camping or host a cookout with friends or family! Demonstration, recipes, and samples provided.

Mindfulness Meditation Group

The Mindfulness Meditation Group meets every Tuesday at 12:15-1:00 pm at 3110 Tang Center on campus. All campus-affiliated people are welcome to join us on a drop-in basis, no registration or meditation experience necessary. We start with a short reading on meditation practice, followed by 30 minutes of silent sitting, and end with a brief discussion period.

Fit some fun and fitness into your day with these free, beginner dance classes. Zumba will be 9/7, Salsa will be 10/19, Hula / Polynesian will be11/2, and Zumba / Salsa will be 12/7. No partner required. Comfortable clothing and athletic shoes recommended.
