Registration is now open for our FOSS Next Generation Middle School Summer Institutes! Join the development team at the Lawrence Hall of Science in Berkeley, CA for 2-day sessions, each introducing a brand new Next Generation edition 6-week course featuring three-dimensional interaction.

• Experience the FOSS Gravity and Kinetic Energy Next Generation Course, including three-dimensional learning (core ideas, science and engineering practices, and crosscutting concepts), embedded notebooking, ELA support, and assessment.
• Learn about the anchor and investigative phenomena that drive the development of student understanding of Newton's Laws.

The institutes are ideal for teacher leaders, science coordinators, and professional development providers. Engage in hands-on investigations to learn about the underlying research and pedagogy of the FOSS Middle School program and alignment to the Framework and the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS).
