Topics covered in this workshop include current information about the laws, eligibility, rights and responsibilities, and how these laws interact with one another. The workshop introduces the Interactive Process of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and examples of reasonable accommodation in the workplace. It also provides an overview of the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), California Family Rights Act (CFRA), and Pregnancy Disability Leave.
