"This course details the process of managing information in a structured format using Microsoft OneNote notebooks. Emphasis is placed on data management and formatting, embedded objects and drawing tools, recorded audio and video notes, and protection of sensitive data.

• Identify the elements of the Microsoft OneNote interface.
• Structure Notebooks using Pages, Subpages, Sections, and Section Groups.
• Design, format, and tag content to organize and locate data.
• Create hyperlinks between Notebooks and other file types.
• Integrate Tables, Images, Drawing Tools, and Symbols as Notebook objects.
• Embed audio and video notes.
• Apply Page Templates for common information management tasks.
• Manage Notebook files via Windows File Explorer.
• Export and open Notebooks, Sections, and Pages.
• Modify display options of the OneNote interface.
• Password protect sensitive Notebook data."
