"This course details the process of managing information in a structured format using Microsoft OneNote notebooks. Emphasis is placed on data management and formatting, embedded objects and drawing tools, recorded audio and video notes, and protection of sensitive data.
Identify the elements of the Microsoft OneNote interface.
Structure Notebooks using Pages, Subpages, Sections, and Section Groups.
Design, format, and tag content to organize and locate data.
Create hyperlinks between Notebooks and other file types.
Integrate Tables, Images, Drawing Tools, and Symbols as Notebook objects.
Embed audio and video notes.
Apply Page Templates for common information management tasks.
Manage Notebook files via Windows File Explorer.
Export and open Notebooks, Sections, and Pages.
Modify display options of the OneNote interface.
Password protect sensitive Notebook data."
