- Getting diners seated at scale on Yelp

- Giving Consumers Super Powers with Popular Dishes

--In 2017, Yelp acquired Nowait to help get more diners seated in their favorite restaurants across the country. As part of the integration, we migrated all of Nowait's users to the Yelp app. In this talk, Nina Y will cover the technical and product challenges we had to overcome to do this quickly without losing users in the process.

--Being a PM at Yelp means solving the biggest business and consumer problems. Yelp has grown to over 100M authentic consumer reviews since 2004 and we’re always looking for ways to help consumers get to what they want faster. In 2018, we added popular dishes which uses machine learning to show consumers the most popular dishes at a business. Come hear Matt G speak more about how Yelp gives their consumers the superpower of being able to tell what food is popular at the restaurants they try for any occasion.

We're providing dinner from Ike's Love & Sandwiches.
