Learn how bark, leaves, roots and fruit are extracted and blended to create bitters, the salt & pepper of craft cocktails.
Guests will be treated to an expert account of the history and lore of cocktail bitters from Quinn Sweeney of Libation Lab, after which everyone will experiment with blending their own personalized bitters. Each participant will experience how bitters influence their senses by adding their own to a couple of classic cocktails, and will depart with a batch of their custom concoction in an engraved dropper bottle.
