The Executive Leadership Academy (ELA) is designed for individuals from all backgrounds who are interested in preparing themselves for appointments to executive positions such as dean, vice president, provost, president, and chancellor. It offers a five-day intensive training experience and is guided by a select faculty team, comprised of over 25 senior-level higher education executives.

This five-day course offers an overview of airport planning and design for those entering or wishing to become more familiar with the field, as well as an opportunity for those with more experience to expand their knowledge of specific topics.

Mindfulness Meditation Group

The Mindfulness Meditation Group meets every Tuesday at 12:15-1:00 pm at 3110 Tang Center on campus. All campus-affiliated people are welcome to join us on a drop-in basis, no registration or meditation experience necessary. We start with a short reading on meditation practice, followed by 30 minutes of silent sitting, and end with a brief discussion period.

Twilight Tuesdays: Bromeliad Walk

Members, join us for a one hour walking tour through our Bromeliad collection, featuring our Queen of the Andes. This tour will be followed by pineapple cocktails in the Tropical House. - SOLD OUT.

Twilight Tuesdays will be open to the public during this walk. Admission into the Garden is free to members and UCBG staff, faculty and students. Admission is half off ticket pricing for the public.
