Tune in to The Graduates this Tuesday for an interview with Marianne Brasil from the Department of Integrative Biology at UC Berkeley. Marianne is a PhD candidate whose research focuses on the evolution of human beings. She examines the bones of recent and ancient humans to understand how our skeletal morphology has changed overtime and what kind of diversity of human skeletal morphology exists today. She's had the chance to collect and study some of the oldest human fossils collected in Ethiopia.
The Graduates, featuring graduate student research at Cal, is broadcast every other Tuesday on KALX 90.7 FM. Past episodes are available to listen and download free on iTunes or online.
