This 6 hour in-person workshop for staff is part of the BPM Grow Your Team series and is an elective option for the UC Systemwide People Management Certificate. The content is designed to help participants develop and practice the management skills that are crucial for leading people successfully in todays information overload and diverse work environment. This workshop is ideal for managers, supervisors, and team leads who are overseeing the work of others and who want to enable their teams to achieve great results together.
