Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences (EECS)

SWE Startup Spring at Berkeley presents the second of a two-part series on Women Entrepreneurs: How To Be an Effective Female Founder on April 25th, 6-8pm at 290 HMMB.

How do we figure out what products people need and want—and how do we come up with these ideas first? Join us for a workshop led by Sara Beckman, Professor at the Haas School of Business, and Rachel Dzombak, Postdoctoral Research at the Haas School of Business on April 25th to learn about identifying problems, understanding people and context and discovering needs to address. We’ll be discussing mind-mapping, systems thinking, design thinking, and hosting an interactive activity to help you find your next big idea.
