Distinguished Visiting Fellow in Development + Design

Jonathan Tate is Principal of OJT, an architecture and urban design practice based in New Orleans. The office engages in numerous design-related activities, including applied research, opportunistic planning, and conventional architectural practice. Their recent focus has been on crowdfunding and real estate development for entry-level urban housing products, titled Starter Home*. Tate, and the practice, have just been awarded a 2018 AIA National Design Award, recognized as part of the 2017 Emerging Voices by the Architectural League of New York, a Next Progressive by Architect Magazine, and was a 2018 finalist for the international Architecture Review Emerging Architect Award.
