Panelists will discuss the process of identifying and pursuing postdoctoral opportunities. Why do a postdoc? What factors are important to consider, such as opportunities for publishing, relationships with colleagues/supervisors, funding? What are the steps in searching for a postdoc position? What do PIs look for when evaluating candidates?
