Alumni Reception Celebrating the I-House Movement: 2nd Stop on the 100,000 Grains of Sand Tour

From January to March 2019, Alice Lewthwaite, great-granddaughter of Harry Edmonds, founder of I-House, will be re-creating a world tour that Harry completed in 1966 at age 83. On January 6th, her second stop will be at I-House Berkeley. Her goal is to meet with I-House alumni in each location and pass the light on, as Harry did, of tolerance, understanding and international friendship.

Mindfulness Meditation Group

The Mindfulness Meditation Group meets every Tuesday at 12:15-1:00 pm at 3110 Tang Center on campus. We start with a short reading on meditation practice, followed by 30 minutes of silent sitting, and end with a brief discussion period.
