The Swahili Table is an informal gathering of students, community members, faculty, and native speakers of the language. This is not a class, but a place to speak Swahili, meet new friends, and use the language in authentic conversations. All levels of Swahili learners and speakers are welcome.
Students have organized two weekly tables and can organize more at different times to accommodate anyone interested in participating. The other table meets on Mondays from 10:00am to 11:00am upstairs at Cafe Milano (2522 Bancroft Way).
