Astronomy Night at UC Berkeley

Come join us at Campbell Hall on the UC Berkeley campus on the first Thursday of every month for a FREE public astronomy lecture and stargazing on the roof with our fleet of telescopes.

When: Thursday, May 3rd
Talk: 7:30pm-8:30pm “Einstein Triumphs: The Magnificent Detection of Gravitational Waves” (Alex Filippenko)
Stargazing: 8:30pm-10:00pm (weather dependent)

Doors to Campbell Hall open at 7:00pm, and seating is first come, first serve. Feel free to come and go during the stargazing portion of the evening. Contact if you have questions. Our full 2018 season is online here:
