Research Justice is a strategic framework and philosophy to achieve self-determination for marginalized communities developed by the Data Center of Oakland, CA. In this workshop, we will introduce this framework and discuss how research can used for justice and to create a better world for communities of color by tying in ways research is relevant to the struggles of these communities, and the identities of their members.
