Spring Science Days 2017

Special Event | April 1 – 9, 2017 every day | 10 a.m.-5 p.m. |  Lawrence Hall of Science

 Lawrence Hall of Science (LHS)

Every day during Spring Science Days is an opportunity to learn something new about Earth’s oceans, lakes, rivers, and other waterways. Discover what it means to be part of the water ecosystem, and explore how you can help us protect this important resource.

Visit the deepest parts of the ocean during special screenings of James Cameron’s Deepsea Challenge 3D; learn how water has helped create the San Francisco Bay Area in our outdoor exhibit, Forces That Shape the Bay; and take on a giant, water-cycle themed maze in our featured exhibit, Water’s Extreme Journey.

Looking for even more science fun? All of our weekend programming will also be open all-week long, including the Ingenuity Lab, Animal Discovery Room, and our Planetarium.
