Afia Walking Trees workshop #SoundPOWAH introduces us to traditional and contemporary drum rhythms, dance, and songs from the African diaspora. She invites us to drum, sing, and move together as we co-create practices to integrate principles of harmonic living into our daily lives, activism, and community building. Walking Tree is internationally recognized for her restorative facilitation of African diasporic courses and performances.
