Workshop: Painting as a Healing Tool

In this workshop, artist and community mental health clinician Dana Dart-McLean shares histories of painting as a healing tool before leading experiential exercises derived from Expressive Art Therapy, designed to increase mindfulness and a sense of flow and to encourage new relationships to painting as a process rather than an outcome.
