During the holidays, we are more likely to be stressed out and overwhelmed by obligations, errands and high expectations. Our to-do lists increasingly grow, leading us to race through each day in an effort to complete holiday shopping and errands. And while family time for some of us is joyous, for others of us it can bring added stress and feelings of disappointment and anger. This workshop will explore triggers that can lead to the "holiday blues," look at ways to increase mindfulness by bringing you back to the present moment, and give practical stress management tips that may help reduce stress levels and allow you to enjoy the holidays more thoroughly.
