How to Email a Professor to Get a Positive Response: Workshop

Do you need to email a professor you've never met before to ask for their help, but you don't know where to start? Have you ever written a long email to a professor, only to receive no response, or not the one you hoped? If so, this workshop is for you! We will discuss how to present yourself professionally over email to faculty and other professionals so that you make a great first impression.
During the workshop, you will have the opportunity to get feedback on an email you have already written to a professor, or one you write during the workshop.
The workshop is open to all UC Berkeley students (undergraduate, graduate, and visiting scholars) regardless of academic discipline.
