Chris Pureka is a Portland-based singer-songwriter whose body of work has resonated deeply with these seemingly disparate milieus. At the age of 18, a discerning and intimate set by Greg Brown at the Strawberry Music Festival inspired Willy Tea Taylor to pursue life as a folk singer.
