New Yorker magazine reporter, Andrew Marantz, will discuss the chilling trends and discoveries described in his powerful new book, ANTISOCIAL: Online Extremists, Techno-Utopians, and the Hijacking of the American Conversation.
Marantz, whose past reporting about Free Speech issues on the Berkeley campus won wide acclaim, will also participate in a panel discussion with Chancellor Carol Christ, and Ed Wasserman, dean of the Graduate School of Journalism. ANTISOCIAL is already being called necessary reading for those who want to understand our current political moment as we prepare for the 2020 elections.
