This short experiential workshop will guide you through a series of relaxation techniques, including progressive muscle relaxation, guided imagery, deep breathing and meditation. You will learn about the benefits of these techniques and be able to practice them in class. Please arrive on time (Berkeley time) to be respectful of others engaged in relaxation exercises.
