Operational Excellence


Providing excellent customer service is central to the vision of the new CSS organization. However, the shared services model requires that service be delivered in ways that are very different from our current organizational culture. How will this change
our customer service strategies? How can we provide excellent customer service while meeting service level agreements? How can metrics be used to measure effective customer service? This interactive course will address these questions and offer practical, positive customer service strategies for working in a shared services environment.

(Prerequisite course: Campus Shared Services Overview.)
