Honoring Human Rights Activists Murdered in 2018: Come Bear Witness

During the Day of the Dead, we honor the 321 human rights defenders (HRDs) who were murdered last year in 27 countries by reading their names aloud. We do so to celebrate their courage and remember their struggle.
