A timely and vigorous discussion about the impeachment process, from its historical origins to the present. Our panel will include Dr. John Eastman, Henry Salvatori Professor of Law & Community Service at Chapman University Fowler School of Law; Gary J. Schmitt, a resident scholar in strategic studies and American institutions at the American Enterprise Institute; and Burt Neuborne, a visiting professor at Berkeley Law and the Norman Dorsen Professor of Civil Liberties and founding Legal Director of the Brennan Center for Justice at NYU Law School.
