TDPS Auditions for the Fall Choreography Showcase

Performing Arts - Dance | September 12 | 2:10-4 p.m. |  Bancroft Studio (2401 Bancroft)

Department of Theater, Dance, and Performance Studies

The Department of Theater, Dance, and Performance Studies will hold open auditions for its Fall Choreography Showcase. All currently enrolled UC Berkeley students are eligible to audition, and advance sign-up is not required.

The Fall Choreography Showcase is the culmination of Theater 146A, "Choreography: Solo and Duet Forms." Student performers audition for choreographers in the class and those cast must enroll for one unit of Theater 146A. Rehearsals take place during the class time (Thursdays only, 2:10–4pm), plus one additional weekly rehearsal to be determined by the individual choreographers and their casts. The final performances are during RRR week (Dec. 12–13). Performers must be available for all dates indicated on the master calendar.

Students interested in auditioning must read the TDPS casting policy, participant rights and responsibilities, and production details on the TDPS Callboard.
