Join is in Hearst Field Annex Building B to hear more about Citizen Clinic, meet the staff and former students, and discuss enrollment in our course, Information 289. Food and drinks will be provided.

Citizen Clinic is the first public interest cybersecurity clinic of its kind. The clinic is housed in the Center for Long-Term Cybersecurity (CLTC) at the Berkeley School of Information, and provides interdisciplinary teams of students with hands-on experience developing and implementing cybersecurity practices for politically vulnerable organizations.

Enrollment for the Fall 2019 semester will be by application and limited to graduate students and exceptional upper-level undergraduate students. Students will be admitted into the course on a rolling basis from now until the first day of class. While some background in cybersecurity will be useful for the course, it is not required. Demonstrated ability in technology, law, policy, foreign languages, or other applicable skills is also desirable.
