Eve Fine, Golden Bear Sleep and Mood Research Clinic

 Employee Assistance Program

The importance of sleep is, perhaps, a given. Sleep is critical not only to our physical health, but also to our ability to solve problems, make decisions, and regulate our emotions. Yet for many of us, knowing how important sleep is simply increases our worries that we’re not getting enough. And, frustratingly, these worries can keep us up at night! Drawing from sleep science, this workshop will explore ways to develop healthy habits in the evening, in the morning, and during the day in order to improve sleep. The workshop will also address sleep-related worries and offer suggestions to help worriers “rest easy."
