Transparency, disclosure, and preregistration have revealed that some statistically underpowered studies may be propped up by selective reporting and p-hacking. The first day's lecture is titled "Democratic Law." The second day's lecture is titled "Common and Constitutional Law: A Democratic Legal Perspective." Free and open to public. No tickets required.
