Topology Seminar (Main Talk): A well defined part of the Atiyah-Floer conjecture

In joint work with Dietmar Salamon we construct an open-closed isomorphism between the instanton Floer homology of an integral homology three-sphere $Y$ and the instanton Floer homology with Lagrangian boundary conditions $HF([0,1]\times \Sigma ,L_H\times L_K)$ arising from a Heegard splitting $Y=H\cup _\Sigma K$.
