The U.S food system is byzantine and failing many of our most vulnerable communities, including our children. The complex problems that stem from our production and consumption of food include a range of health consequences, but also poor water quality, food waste, safety issues, labeling confusion, food insecurity, and issues affecting farm and restaurant workers.
