On Saturday, March 3, 2018 the company performs at UC Berkeley's Hertz Hall at 7pm, in cooperation with the U.C Berkeley Department of Music. As Mt. The UC Berkeley program features world premieres by renowned artists, I Dewa Putu Berata and I Wayan Sudiarsa, as well as the debut of Dewa Ayu Larassanti and I Putu Wibi who will be performing one of Bali's most difficult masterpieces, Oleg Tambulilingan. Under the musical direction of Dewa Putu Berata and dance direction of Bapak Nyoman Cerita and Emiko Saraswati Susilo the 25-member ensemble was nurtured and trained in the village of Pengosekan to weave layers of intricate sound from the deep great bronze gongs to the delicate sounds of the flute.
