The Institute for Parks, People, and Biodiversity is excited to announce an opportunity for students to join Jon Jarvis, Sarah Allen, and Patrick Gonzalez for a monthly one hour event where they can ask questions and seek advice about the National Park Service, climate change, careers, conservation, and much more. Teachers in ORIAS World History Reading Groups read one book each month within a global studies theme. Participants meet monthly to eat and spend two hours in collegial conversation. It is a relaxing, intellectually rich atmosphere for both new and experienced teachers.
