Merrian Fuller is a Staff member at the Lawrence Berkeley National Labs in the Electricity Market & Policy Group. She will give an overview of the Recovery Through Retrofit program and talk about PACE Solar Funding. Merrian is a graduate of the Haas School of Business and the Energy and Resources Group.
