BDP 2010 addresses the theme of memories and reconstructions. The diverse choreographers on the program will present work that ranges from historical modern dance to hybrid/contemporary choreography. Choreographer Lisa Wymore will re-create a dance based on constructed memory of early post-modern dance and visual art; Peggy Hackney will re-stage The Shakers, the quintessential work by Doris Humprhey; Katie Faulkner, Artistic Director of Little Seismic Dance Company, will make a new work utilizing the story telling medium of film; and Jacinta Vlach of Liberation Dance Theater will premiere a new work citing dances of South America, the African Diaspora, and beyond.

Tickets required: $10.00 Students, Seniors, UC Faculty/Staff,  $15.00 General Admission
