Minimize your kitchen waste and get more bang for your buck by utilizing food scraps that you would normally toss (into the compost, of course!). Fruit and vegetable peels, overripe fruit, and other food scraps can be revitalized into new dishes. Demonstration, recipes, and samples provided.
