This course details the process of designing and distributing surveys and quizzes using Google Forms. Emphasis is placed on question design, data validation, survey distribution methods, response metrics, security permissions, and integration with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel. Learning Objectives * Design online Forms for hosting and data collection on Google Drive. * Set Form options to control navigation, progression information, and security. * Integrate multiple question types to capture freeform and option-specific responses. * Enforce data validation to constrain responses based on defined rules. * Categorize questions into Sections for display grouping and custom navigation. * Modify Themes to specify fonts and color settings. * Integrate pictures and multimedia. * Test Forms to ensure the desired user interface experience. * Distribute Forms electronically via e-mail, web links, or embedded HTML. * View summary and individual survey response reports. * Display response values in Google Sheets. * Download response extracts for external analysis in Microsoft Excel.
