BIO: Adalberto Padilla, who goes by Adal, was born and raised in Guadalajara, Mexico. Adal attended La Universidad de Guadalajara in Mexico where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a major in International Business. After finishing college 10 years ago, he moved to Green Bay, Wisconsin to learn English as a Second Language (ESL). As soon as Adal moved to Green Bay, he enrolled in ESL courses at NWTC (Northeast Wisconsin Technical College). Adal also enrolled in General Studies classes at the same college to improve his English skills.

Currently, Adal works at TIAA as a Spanish Bilingual Consultant. His main role is to educate and help families to save for their loved ones Higher Education. Adal currently lives in San Francisco, California. In his spare time, Adal enjoys spending time with his family and friends, but his favorite thing to do is traveling. He also enjoys exercising, hiking, and other outdoor activities. Adal is passionate about learning and studying. His next goal is to obtain an MBA degree at one of the Universities in California.
