Work Authorization for International Students Workshop

Are you an international student looking for work before or after graduation? Do you hold an F or J visa status? If so, come learn all about your various employment permissions at this once-per-semester workshop co-hosted with ASUC! In this workshop, a BIO adviser will present the types of work authorization available to students in F-1/J-1 visa status. The following topics will be covered:

- Types of work authorization (on-campus, CPT, OPT, Academic Training)
- Work authorization eligibility, regulations, and requirements
- How to apply
- How to discuss your work authorization with potential employers

There will be a question and answer session at the end for any specific questions you might have.
