About this talk:

Hisham is a product leader, coach, consultant and lecturer specialized in customer-driven innovation.

For over two decades he has worked with companies in Silicon Valley to develop products and services people love, while building their internal capabilities to continue innovating on their own. His career has spanned software engineering, product management, and innovation with various leading organizations, including Intuit and PayPal.

Today, Hisham is focused on his passion to improve people's lives by helping companies and governments embrace lean innovation methods to solve big, important problems well. His approach seamlessly weaves together design thinking, jobs-to-be-done and Lean Startup practices into a pragmatic and effective human-centered methodology. He’s had the pleasure of teaching and coaching hundreds of teams, and working with leaders to embed the practices into their organizations.
