Access to CalTime via Citrix – one timecard view
Edit personal Timecard
Edit timecards for employees
View Accruals and Totals on timecards
Icons, and color alerts to guide to the next task
Approve Employee Timecards - individual and mass approval
Instructor-led, hands-on training using Caltime training environment and stage data
Updated CalTime Job Aides will be provided to training participants during class session
CalTime training will NOT focus on in-depth business processes
