This 6 hour in-person workshop is part of the BPM Grow Your Team series and is an elective option for the UC Systemwide People Management Certificate. The content is designed to help participants develop and practice the management skills that are crucial for leading people successfully in today’s information overload and diverse work environment. This workshop is ideal for managers, supervisors, and team leads who are overseeing the work of others and who want to enable their teams to achieve great results together.

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
Create accountability and keep everyone focused on the desired results
Coach your team in managing competing priorities and setting expectations
Define projects as well as roles and responsibilities clearly to create accountability and keep everyone focused on the desired results
Build best practices to enhance team communication and productivity
