This 7 hour in-person workshop is part of the BPM Grow Your Team series. In this highly interactive workshop, each participants experience is drawn upon for the learning. Ideally, to contribute to and enhance understanding, participants will come with current and/or previous people management experience.

Discover the similarities and differences among the DiSC® styles
Discover their reactions to different DiSC® styles
Identify what works for them and what challenges them when working with each style
Use the DiSC® model to understand others
Discover how others have bridged their differences using DiSC®
Practice using DiSC® to build more effective relationships at work
Write an action plan for building more effective relationships
Develop skills in recognizing peoples DiSC® styles based on their behavioral cues
