oin us for a free Tamarkoz (Sufi meditation) workshop for graduate students and post-docs. Students will be guided through mind relaxation exercises, deep breathing exercises, slow movement meditations, deep relaxation, visualization, and heart concentration and meditation. Tamarkoz (Sufi meditation) is a powerful tool used to relieve and manage stress, and cultivate the balance and stability necessary to unfold our fullest potentials. Tamarkoz has no physical prerequisites - all are welcome.

Please bring a yoga mat, socks and comfortable clothes you can stretch in.
