Terner Center Open House & A Conversation on Rent Control

Please join the Terner Center for Housing Innovation and the Berkeley Real Estate Club for a co-hosted panel discussion on rent control policy in California.

The panel will be moderated by Matt Levin, a data and housing reporter with CALMatters and co-host of Gimme Shelter: The California Housing Crisis Podcast.

Mr. Levin will be joined by three expert panelists, offering a diversity of perspectives on rent control policy as it pertains to housing affordability in California and beyond:

Adhi Nagraj, San Francisco Director, SPUR
Dr. Jennifer Martinez, Executive Director, Faith in Action Bay Area
Dr. Brian Asquith, National Bureau of Economic Research
